3. Refund Policy

We accept refunds only for unused items in their original, sealed packaging.

• Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase
• Items must be unused and in original, unopened packaging
• Once a product has been opened or used, it is not eligible for refund
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

• Opened or used products
• Items without original packaging
• Damaged items due to customer mishandling
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago
• Custom or made-to-order items

5. Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product due to our error, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs at no expense to you.

To initiate a return:

2. Obtain a return authorization number
3. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging, in unused condition
4. Include the return authorization number with your shipment
5. We will inspect and process your refund
